Hampshire Cottage is in Gristhorpe, just up the road from Filey. It's a two-bedroom cottage that sleeps four.
It's one of a small group of cottages. They share a lawn out the front, a games room, and a play area for kids. The cottage itself has one bathroom and is laid out on one floor, so no stairs to worry about.
You're about a mile from a pub. Filey town centre and the shops are a bit further, about three miles. The beach is the main draw. It's a good, long sandy beach, and you can walk down to it. It's a proper seaside town, not too busy.
The cottage has what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding is included. There's a highchair and a cot if you need them.
If you want to explore, the North York Moors are right there for walking. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coast. Scarborough is about fifteen minutes south by car. Whitby is roughly forty minutes north.
No pets, I'm afraid.
