Perran Cottage
Perran Cottage is in Primrose Valley, on The Bay holiday village site. It's a modern terraced cottage. You get a lawned bit out the back with a table and chairs.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's rated 3 Star. It's clean and comfortable, nothing fancy.
The site has its own pub, a coffee shop, and a shop. There's a leisure centre with an indoor pool, a steam room, and a sauna. You get a pass for that included. There's also a tennis court and a kids' play area.
The beach is about a ten minute walk away. It's a long sandy beach that goes all the way to Filey.
Filey town centre is about three miles away. Scarborough is a short drive south, Bridlington north. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is nearby if you want to see puffins and gannets. Flamborough Head is good for a walk.
For days out, there's the Alpamare Waterpark in Scarborough, or Dalby Forest for walking and cycling. Whitby and the North York Moors are about an hour's drive.
The cottage has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring up to two dogs.
