Perran Cottage
Perran Cottage is in Primrose Valley, near Filey. It's a modern terraced house on a holiday park called The Bay.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional. The living area is open plan.
There's a lawned area out the back with a table and chairs.
The Bay has its own facilities. There's an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and steam room, and a gym. You get a pass for those. There's also a pub, a coffee shop, a tennis court, and a kids' play area on site.
The beach is about a ten minute walk away. It's a long, sandy beach. Filey town centre is about three miles.
You're well placed for the coast. Scarborough is about ten minutes south by car. Bridlington is about twenty minutes south. Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve is very close for seabird watching. The Flamborough Head cliffs are a short drive away.
A bit further afield, within about an hour, you've got Whitby and the North York Moors to the north. To the west, there's Dalby Forest.
Facilities in the cottage include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring up to two pets.
