Bevan
Bevan is one of our cottages in Gristhorpe, which is a few miles inland from Filey. It's in a row with some others. There's an open, shared lawn out the front, and all the cottages share use of a games room and a kids' play area.
It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's functional and clean. It's open plan inside, which works fine for families. The garden is a patio area, and there's a BBQ you can use.
You're about a mile from the nearest pub. The main shops are back in Filey, which is three miles away. Filey's a proper old-fashioned seaside town with a long sandy beach. The Brigg is the rocky bit that sticks out, good for a walk. There's golf and things like that if you want it.
For getting about, you're in a good spot. The North York Moors are right there if you want to go walking. The coast road takes you south to Bridlington or north to Scarborough pretty easily. Whitby is about a 30 minute drive up the coast. Flamingo Land theme park is about the same drive inland.
In the cottage, you've got the basics covered: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
