The Parade Apartment
The Parade Apartment is a first-floor flat on The Bay holiday park at Filey. It's for two people. It's an apartment, so it's part of a larger complex.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable, modern, and well-equipped. Everything's on one floor once you're inside.
The main thing is you get access to the site facilities. There's a large heated indoor pool, which is good. There's a gym and tennis courts. There's a café and a pub on site that does meals.
You're about a ten minute walk from the beach. It's a proper sandy beach. You can walk along it all the way into Filey town, or get the bus.
Filey is quiet compared to Scarborough. It's got everything you need: a big supermarket, some restaurants, fish and chips. It's a nice old-fashioned seaside town.
For days out, Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve is just up the coast. You see puffins there in season. The North York Moors National Park is about half an hour inland for driving or walking. Scarborough, Bridlington, and Whitby are all within about a 30 minute drive in different directions.
In the flat you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. You can bring up to two dogs.
