This is Arthur's Place. It's a townhouse in Primrose Valley, part of The Bay holiday village near Filey. It's a terrace house, so you have neighbours either side. The garden patio is just for you.
It sleeps six, but there are two bedrooms. That means some people will be on sofa beds in the living area. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern, not luxury.
The living room has French doors to the patio. The kitchen is a galley style, so it's a bit narrow. It has a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. There's a separate toilet downstairs.
You can bring dogs, up to three. There's a dog-friendly meadow on site and the beach is a short walk. The Bay has a pub restaurant, a coffee shop, and a shop. The leisure complex has an indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room. In summer there's often a putting green and other activities.
If you walk along the beach, you'll get to Filey. It's a proper old-fashioned seaside town with cafes and amusements. The Filey Brigg headland is good for a walk.
Flamborough Head is about a 20 minute drive north. The cliffs and lighthouse are worth seeing. Bridlington is south, about 15 minutes away. Inland, the North York Moors are within half an hour, and the Wolds are closer.
Included in the price: all utilities, WiFi, bedding and towels. There's parking. The local pub is on the holiday village site.
