Bell Cottage
Bell Cottage is one of two converted granaries at Lebberston Carr Farm. It's down a quiet country lane. The owners live on site, but you'll have your privacy.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. The place is comfortable and well looked after.
There are oak beams from the original building. The wood burner is nice to have in the colder months. The garden is enclosed and there's a hot tub.
You're about two and a half miles from Filey beach. It's a good, quiet beach with a nice promenade. The shop is a mile away. The nearest pub and restaurant are about two miles.
For walking, you're close to both the Cleveland Way and the Wolds Way. The coastal path is easy to get to. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs isn't far if you like seabirds. You can see puffins there.
You can drive to Whitby, Scarborough, or Bridlington in under half an hour. The North York Moors National Park is nearby too. You can get the steam train from Pickering to Whitby if you want a day out without the car.
Inside, it's open plan with a kitchen area. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
