St Martins Square Apartment 2 is on the second floor, in Scarborough. It sleeps two, in one bedroom. There's one bathroom with a shower.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the little square garden. It's handy, especially if you've got dogs with you, as you can just pop across.
It's a 3 Star place. Everything's there and it's clean, but it's not high-end. Think comfortable and practical.
Location is good. You're in a quiet bit but only a few minutes' walk from the seafront, shops, and pubs. The beach is about 600 yards away. You can get to it via the paths or use the cliff lift, which is the old Victorian one.
Scarborough itself has the two bays, the castle in the middle, and the marine drive for a flat walk. The Cleveland Way long-distance path runs right through it.
If you drive, you can get to a lot in under half an hour. Filey is along the coast. The RSPB bird reserve at Bempton Cliffs is that way too, where you can see the puffins. Head north and you're on the way to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. The North York Moors are inland.
Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, bedding and towels included. There's a highchair if you need one. The apartment is open plan. You can bring up to two pets.
