Broom House is in Scarborough, on the North Bay side. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. You're looking out over Peasholm Park from the front.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of those bathrooms is a shower room on the ground floor, which is handy. The rating is 4 Star.
The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs. You can bring two. There's parking right there.
You're basically across the road from Peasholm Park. They have boat hire and sometimes put on the naval battle on the lake in summer. The North Bay beach is a short walk down the hill. So is the waterpark with the pools and wave machine. For the town centre and the South Bay amusements, it's about a mile.
There's a shop 150 yards away, a pub at 500 yards, and a restaurant about 250 yards from the house.
If you drive, you can get to Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, or Filey within about half an hour. The RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs is good for seabirds. York is about an hour's drive if you fancy a day trip.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Bike storage is there if you need it.
