Broom House
This is Broom House. It's in Scarborough, on the North Bay side. It's detached, so no shared walls, and it looks out over Peasholm Park. You've got your own garden front and back, both fenced in.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, which is handy. One of the bathrooms is a shower room downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. Two dogs are welcome.
The location is the main thing. You're across the road from Peasholm Park, which is lovely for a stroll. The park has a boating lake and in summer they do the naval warfare shows on the water. The north beach is about a five minute walk down the hill. It's the quieter one. The town centre is about a mile if you want shops and the theatre.
Facilities wise: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you bring them.
For days out, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay are half an hour north. Filey is about twenty minutes south. York is an hour's drive if you fancy a city trip. The RSPB place at Bempton Cliffs is good for seabirds.
