This is Apple Tree Cottage. It's in Scalby, which is just outside Scarborough. You're in a little group of cottages here, all bungalows. The view from the front is over fields towards the sea. You can see Scarborough Castle.
It's for two people. One bedroom, and it's got its own ensuite shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The garden out the back is enclosed, which is handy if you've brought a dog. You get your own patio bit with a table and chairs.
There's parking right outside. Inside, it's all open plan. You've got a washing machine, WiFi, and all the bedding is included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Scalby village is about a fifteen minute walk. It's got a couple of pubs, a cafe, and some shops. The North York Moors start practically on the doorstep. You can walk to Forge Valley woods from here. The Cleveland Way path is right there if you want a proper hike.
Scarborough is three miles down the road. Beaches, the Sea Life Centre, the harbour. All that. If you drive up the coast for half an hour you get to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. The North York Moors Railway is up that way too.
