It's Apartment 3 in St Martin's Square, which is just up from South Bay in Scarborough. It's on the third floor, so there are communal stairs to get up to it.
It's a 3 Star apartment, sleeps two in one bedroom. It's clean and modern. The living area is open plan, with a sofa, chair, TV, and a table by the window. You look out over the public gardens. The kitchen is small but it's got what you need.
The bedroom has a double bed. There's also a pull-out single bed if you need it for a child, but you have to ask for it to be made up. The shower room is up two steps from the main room.
The beach is just around the corner, maybe a five minute walk. You can go down the paths or use the cliff railway. The town centre with shops and pubs is about the same distance.
If you want to walk, Scarborough is on the Cleveland Way. You can follow the clifftops south to Filey. The North York Moors aren't far if you drive. About half an hour gets you to Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay. The North York Moors National Park website has good information.
There's a TV, bedding and towels are included, and the electricity is covered. There's no private parking, but there are public car parks nearby.
