South Cliff Sands Ii
South Cliff Sands II is on Scarborough's South Bay. It's one of two apartments in the building, on the first and second floor. You're about a five minute walk from the centre of town.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite to the main bedroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well kept and comfortable.
It's a duplex, so the living room and kitchen are on the first floor as you go in. The bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. There are three steps between the landing bedroom and the two on the next level. Just so you know.
You've got a patio with some outdoor furniture. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
The beach is a few hundred yards away. There's a shop and a pub about 600 yards up the road, and a restaurant even closer.
Scarborough's got the usual seaside things. The Sea Life Centre, Peasholm Park, amusements. The North and South Bay beaches are both sandy and big. The Cleveland Way coastal path starts here if you like walking.
Within half an hour you can drive to Filey, or Flamborough Head. Whitby is about 40 minutes north. The RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs is good for seeing puffins. For a stately home, Whitby Abbey is the obvious one, or Sewerby Hall is closer.
