Eldin Hall Cottage Two is one of a group of four cottages built onto the side of the old Victorian waterworks. It's on the edge of Cayton, which is quiet, and about a mile from Cayton Bay.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and has what you need without being luxurious. The living area is open plan.
You get your own enclosed decked patio with furniture. There's also a shared garden area with a play park for kids. Parking is right there.
The beach at Cayton Bay is less than ten minutes in the car. Scarborough is a bit further up the coast, maybe ten or fifteen minutes by car. It's got all the stuff you'd expect from a proper seaside town.
For walks, you're right by the Cleveland Way. The cliff top paths are good, with great views. The RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs isn't far if you like seabirds. You can see puffins there.
Filey, Flamborough Head, and Bridlington are all within about half an hour's drive. York is less than an hour away by car, or you can get the train from Scarborough.
There's a local shop and a pub about half a mile away. The owners live ten minutes away and usually come to say hello when you arrive.
Facilities are as listed: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
