The Bungalow is in Lebberston. It's a dormer bungalow, so the bedrooms are upstairs but everything else is on the ground floor. It's detached and you get your own garden and patio.
It sleeps nine. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's spacious, good for two families. It's comfortable, not fussy. The stairs to the bedrooms are normal house stairs, not steep cottage ones.
It's opposite the village pub. The pub serves food. There's a shop about five minutes walk away. Filey is two miles down the road. That's where you go for the beach. It's a wide sandy bay, good for families. The promenade has a paddling pool, mini golf, and cafes.
For walking, the Cleveland Way coastal path is right there. The RSPB at Bempton Cliffs is about ten minutes south. It's good if you like birds. The North York Moors National Park starts about ten miles inland.
Scarborough is seven miles north. It's got two bays, a harbour, a Sea Life centre, and the usual seaside things. Whitby is about half an hour's drive up the coast. York is about 40 minutes south.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and wifi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot if you need it. Parking on site. There's a BBQ in the garden. No pets, sorry.
