Sunny Bank is a bungalow in Hunmanby Gap. It’s one of four cottages we own there. It’s detached, so you’ve got your own space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything’s on the ground floor. It’s a 3 Star place, so it’s comfortable and clean. It’s not glossy.
The main living room is fine. There’s a sun room on the side with French doors that open onto the garden. You get a good view of the sea from there and the garden.
The garden is a decent size, mostly grass. It’s not fully enclosed. If it’s windy, which it can be, just be aware if you’ve got a dog or small children.
You’re about a five minute walk down a hill to the beach. There’s a dog-friendly café at the bottom of the hill. The beach is sandy and huge when the tide’s out.
Filey is a few minutes’ drive away. It’s a proper seaside town with a promenade and shops. Scarborough is about fifteen minutes north if you want more going on.
For a day out, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is close by. It’s good for watching seabirds. The Yorkshire Wolds are inland if you fancy a drive in the countryside.
What’s here: there’s a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, parking right outside, and bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs. There’s a cot available if you need one.
