22 Sea. The Bay
22 Sea is on The Bay holiday park in Primrose Valley. It's an end-terrace house with two bedrooms and sleeps four. It has a 4 Star rating.
The main room downstairs is open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. A set of bifold doors opens to a covered patio with a table and chairs and a brick-built BBQ. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. There's a downstairs toilet under the stairs.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed, the other has a bunk bed and a double bed. They both have those big cathedral windows that open onto a full-length balcony, which faces south. You get a view out over the park from there. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The park itself has the things you'd expect. There's a shop, a coffee place, a pub that does food, and a leisure centre with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. Everything is on site.
It's a short walk or a very quick drive down to the beach at Filey. Filey itself is a classic seaside town with shops, cafes, and amusements.
If you want to go further out, the Flamborough Headland is good for a cliff walk. The North York Moors are within half an hour's drive for a proper change of scenery. York is about an hour away if you fancy a historic day out.
Facilities: it's all listed, but bedding and towels are included. WiFi. On-site parking. The patio area is yours. Two dogs are welcome. The leisure centre on the park has the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym.
