Sunny Crest

This is Sunny Crest. It's a three-bedroom house in Hunmanby Gap, between Filey and Flamborough. It's part of a small group of four cottages we own down here. It sleeps six.

The house is detached. You've got parking right there. There's a lawn and patio area around it. The main thing is the view. You can see right along Filey Bay from the front. The beach is about a five minute walk down the lane.

Inside, it's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean, comfortable and everything works, but it's not a luxury finish. The stairs are fine. You come into a living room with sofas. There's a conservatory on the back with a dining table. The kitchen is through there. It's a normal kitchen with a dishwasher.

There's a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. They share a shower room that's between them, a Jack and Jill style. Both upstairs rooms have sea views.

Down the hill there's a little café. They do good cakes. Filey is a couple of miles drive one way, a nice traditional seaside town. Scarborough is about fifteen minutes the other way, bigger with more going on.

If you like walking, the coastal path is right there. For birdwatching, RSPB Bempton Cliffs is very close. The Yorkshire Wolds are inland if you fancy a change from the coast.

Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot. We accept up to two dogs. There's WiFi and a TV.
