Milly's Cottage

It's an end-terrace cottage. Downstairs is open plan, with the kitchen and living area together. The sofa is a leather recliner. There's a Smart TV. Upstairs is the double bedroom. It has a walk-in wardrobe, so there's plenty of storage space. The shower room is modern.

Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a patio. It gets the sun in the afternoon.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which helps. There are lots of good walks from the door and the local pubs are dog friendly.

You're right opposite the village shop and petrol station, which is handy. The pub is about 50 yards down the road. They do home-cooked food.

Scarborough is about a ten-minute drive away. You've got the beach and the castle there. Filey is a bit further down the coast.

For walking, you're on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Dalby Forest is close by for cycling. You can get the steam train from Pickering to Whitby, which is a nice day out. The coast at Bempton Cliffs is good for seeing seabirds.
