This is Castle View. It's one of fifteen cottages at Scalby Lodge, just outside Scarborough. The cottages are on a cliff top. You get a view of the fields and you can hear the sea.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is clean and works properly. It's a bungalow, so all on one level. The patio and garden are enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids.
You can bring up to two pets. There's an electric vehicle charger and on site parking. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, a woodburning stove, and a BBQ.
The local pub is a five minute walk. Scarborough itself is about two miles away. It's a proper seaside town with two beaches, North Bay and South Bay. The castle is up on the headland. The North York Moors National Park starts just inland.
For walks, the Cleveland Way footpath runs right past the back of the property along the cliffs. If you drive for about half an hour north, you get to Whitby. That's where you can get the North York Moors Railway steam train. The RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is about a 40 minute drive.
