Royal Sands Apartment
This is the Royal Sands Apartment in Scarborough. It's a ground floor flat that sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and modern. You can bring one dog.
The building itself is a big modern block. The apartment looks out over the gardens and a bowling green, not directly at the sea. It's quiet for where it is.
North Bay beach is about a four minute walk away. It's a good sandy beach. Peasholm Park is even closer, maybe three minutes. It's nice for a stroll around the lake.
The flat has an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sofa. There's a Smart TV and WiFi. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bedroom has a kingsize bed. Everything you'd need is there: washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels are included. There's a little patio area with outdoor furniture.
Scarborough town centre is about a fifteen minute walk along the seafront. All the usual shops and restaurants are there. For a day out, Whitby is roughly half an hour's drive up the coast. Filey is about twenty minutes south. The North York Moors are about half an hour inland if you want a change from the coast.
