Derwent House Apartments - Broxa is in Scarborough. It's a first-floor apartment in a period townhouse. You can use the lift or the stairs to get up to it.
It sleeps four. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is an en suite with a walk-in shower. It's a 5 Star place, so everything is in good order.
The main living area is open plan. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a table for four, and two sofas facing the TV. There's also a large fish tank with tropical fish. The best feature is probably the balcony. It gets the sun and has outdoor seating.
Scarborough has two main beaches, the North Bay and South Bay. The castle is worth a visit for the views. The town has plenty of places to eat and drink. Peasholm Park is pleasant for a stroll. You can see rescued seals at the SEA LIFE Scarborough.
Within about 30 minutes drive you've got other coastal spots like Filey, Robin Hood's Bay, and Whitby. The North York Moors are right there for walking. York is less than an hour away by train if you fancy a day trip.
Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, and parking. There's no pets allowed. The apartment is part of a larger house, so other groups might be staying in the other apartments at the same time.
