Cherrytrees is in Scarborough, on the edge of town in a quiet street. It's a modern house that's been done up.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two have double beds, one has bunk beds. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The stairs are open and a bit steep, just so you know.
You've got a driveway for parking. The back garden is enclosed with high hedges, so it's private. There's a summer house out there and some cherry trees. The front garden is small.
Inside, it's clean and comfortable. The lounge has a corner sofa and a skylight. The kitchen has a table for meals and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and the TV works. Bedding and towels are included.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well equipped. They allow up to two dogs. They've left a stairgate and a highchair.
The location is good for getting about. You can walk into Scarborough or drive in five minutes. The castle and the two bays, North and South, are close. There's a local pub a short walk away. For walks with the dog, you're not far from the coast path or the North York Moors National Park.
Further out, you've got Filey about a twenty minute drive south. Whitby is probably half an hour north. The National Trust has a few spots along the coast if you're looking for a walk.
