This is Marsh Corner Van, out on Workhouse Common in Neatishead. It's a static caravan, detached, on its own bit of ground. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms and, handy this, two shower rooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kept and comfortable.
Inside it's open plan. The main room has the sitting area and kitchen together. It's straightforward. There are two TVs and the WiFi usually works fine. Everything's on one level so no stairs to worry about. You can bring two dogs.
Outside, there's a patio and garden area that's just for you. Parking is right there.
The location is the main thing. You're right in the middle of the Norfolk Broads. It's very quiet. The village has a pub that does food, and a small shop, both about a mile away. There's a river staithe here that connects to Barton Broad.
For getting out, you're about 20 minutes from Wroxham, which is where you can hire boats or get on the Bure Valley Railway. Norwich is about half an hour's drive if you want a city day, for the cathedral, castle, or shopping.
The coast is about 20 minutes by car. Happisburgh beach is probably the closest. Great Yarmouth is further, maybe 40 minutes, if you want the big arcades and Pleasure Beach. Cromer is about 40 minutes the other way, for the pier and crab sandwiches.
If you've got kids, BeWILDerwood is ten minutes down the road. It's a treehouse adventure park.
For walks, the Barton Boardwalk is close by for access to the broad. Or you can just wander the local lanes and common. It's very flat, good for cycling.
