Nautical Nook
Nautical Nook is a bungalow in Stalham, right on the staithe. It’s a straightforward place. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Three star, so it’s clean and comfortable.
You get a good view of the water from the garden. There’s a mooring, and we leave a rowing dinghy there you can use. You can fish from the bank or the boat if that’s your thing.
The garden is yours. Parking is on site. Inside, it’s all on one level, which some people find easier. Stairs aren’t an issue.
There’s a shop and a pub about ten minutes walk away. For the coast, Sea Palling has a sandy beach and it’s about a twenty minute drive. Great Yarmouth and Cromer are both around half an hour away if you want more of a seaside day out.
Wroxham, which is the place for boat trips and hiring boats, is about fifteen minutes by car. Norwich is under half an hour. That’s your nearest proper city, with the cathedral and the castle museum.
If you’ve got children, Bewilderwood, the adventure park, is maybe twenty five minutes away.
Facilities: bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. We have a cot if you need one. No pets, sorry.
