Nautical Nook is in Stalham. It's a bungalow right on the staithe, so you get the water in front of you and your own bit of garden down to the water's edge. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and does the job, but don't expect anything fancy.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. Everything's on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. The main thing is the view out over the water. There's also a mooring if you bring a boat, and we leave a rowing dinghy there for guests to use. You can fish from the garden or from the dinghy.
You can walk into Stalham. It's about half a mile. There are a couple of shops and pubs there. The nearest proper beach is at Sea Palling. That's about a twenty minute drive.
If you want to get out on the Broads properly, Wroxham is a short drive away. You can get boat trips from there. Norwich is about forty minutes by car. It's good for a day out, lots of history and places to eat. Cromer and Great Yarmouth are within about half an hour if you want seaside stuff. There's also Bewilderwood, which is a big adventure park for kids, about twenty minutes away.
What's here: parking on site, a washing machine, a dishwasher, bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. No pets, sorry.
