This is Pembroke House in Happisburgh. It's a big detached Edwardian style house that sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms.
It's a spacious house with wooden floors in some rooms. The living room is large and has a wood burner. Doors lead out to an enclosed garden. There's a patio with seating and a barbecue.
The garage has been turned into a games room. It's got a table tennis table and a snooker table.
The house is half a mile from the beach. The beach is sandy. The village shop and pub are also about half a mile away. The pub does food. The lighthouse is there too. It's open on Sundays in the main season, you can go up and see the view.
Practical stuff: bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate. Parking on site. WiFi. Washing machine and dishwasher. You can bring up to two dogs.
For a day out, Cromer and Sheringham are about half an hour's drive. They've got beaches, piers, and the Poppyline steam railway. The Norfolk Broads start about seven miles away for boating or walking. Norwich is twenty miles for shopping or the cathedral.
