The Warren
The Warren is in Bacton on the Norfolk coast. It's a terraced cottage, built from the local flint and pebble. The beach is very close, about a two minute walk. You get a view of the sea from the front double bedroom.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star. It's clean and comfortable, not a luxury show home. The cottage is open plan downstairs. There's a woodburning stove, which is nice in the cooler months. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got dogs or kids.
You can park on site. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. Pets are welcome, up to three.
There's a shop about five minutes walk away. A pub is about ten minutes walk in the other direction. They do food.
For a day out, Cromer and Sheringham are along the coast, maybe 20-25 minutes by car. Wroxham, for the Norfolk Broads, is about half an hour's drive. BeWILDerwood, the adventure park, is near Horning, which is also around 30 minutes away. Bacton Woods are right here for walking or cycling.
