Sandy Toes is in Mundesley, on the Norfolk coast. It's a modern end-of-terrace cottage. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable, not just basic.
The back garden is private and enclosed, mostly lawn with a patio. Good if you've got a dog or kids. You look out over fields at the back. It's quiet here. We live next door, but you wouldn't really know unless you saw us.
The beach is a proper sandy beach and it's less than a ten minute walk. The village centre is about the same, maybe fifteen minutes if you stroll. There's a shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and some decent places to eat.
In the village there's a park called The Gold Park. It's got crazy golf, a playground, tennis courts, that sort of thing. The 9-hole golf course is just up the road.
Cromer's about nine miles up the coast. They've got the pier, amusements, a cinema. Norwich is twenty miles for proper shopping or a day out at the castle or cathedral.
