Marion's Sea View is in Overstrand. It's an end-of-terrace cottage on the cliff. The name isn't for show, you do get a proper view of the sea from the front.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and there's plenty of space. The conservatory on the ground floor is good for sitting in.
The stairs are mentioned in the official description for a reason. They're there, they're steep, and they're narrow in places. Something to be aware of.
The beach is sandy and it's a short walk down the cliff. Dogs are allowed on it. The village shop and the pub are about five minutes away on foot.
Cromer is two miles up the coast. They've got the pier, the lifeboat station, a proper promenade, and more shops and places to eat. The golf course is along the cliff top.
If you want to get out, there's a lot nearby. The National Trust has several places close by like Felbrigg Hall and Blickling. You can see the seals from boat trips at Morston or Blakeney. The steam railway is at Sheringham.
As for the place itself, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. The garden is enclosed. There's parking and an electric vehicle charger. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Bedding is included, and we can provide a highchair.
