Deer Park Cottage is in Suffield, Norfolk. It's a bungalow, attached to one side of our farmhouse. You can't see us from your part, it's private. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom, all on the ground floor.
It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The main thing is the view. Your garden faces south, looking straight out over the deer park. We have red and fallow deer out there. It's very quiet.
There's a pub restaurant you can walk to, about ten minutes. It's good. The village shop is two miles away in Roughton. Cromer is about six miles, that's the nearest proper seaside. You've got the pier and the beach there.
The deer park has its own lake, about 14 acres. You can fish there if you have a licence. There are footpaths around it too, good for a stroll. If you want to go further, the North Norfolk coastal path is a short drive away.
Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are both close by, maybe a fifteen minute drive. They're National Trust. The Broads are about half an hour's drive if you fancy a boat trip.
In the cottage, there's an open plan living area with a woodburning stove. WiFi works. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We allow one well-behaved dog.
