Restwell is in Southrepps, north Norfolk. It's a bungalow, detached. It’s on a quiet lane. You've got your own small garden out the front with a patio area. There’s an old capped well by it, which is just there.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both ensuite bathrooms. One is a decent sized twin. The other double room is smaller, so that’s worth knowing. It’s got its 4 Star rating, so it’s got everything you need and it's kept up well.
It’s peaceful here. You get views over farmland. The sea at Cromer is a couple of miles away if you want a walk on the beach. The village has everything you need really: a shop a mile away and two pubs doing food about a mile and a half.
There are a few things nearby. Several golf courses are within a short drive. For days out, the National Trust in Norfolk has a lot of good places like Felbrigg Hall and the coast. Cromer pier is classic, and you can get steam train rides from Sheringham.
Inside, it's got underfloor heating and a woodburning stove. It should be warm. There's WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, all the normal things. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on the drive.
