Smugglers Lookout

Smugglers Lookout is in Mundesley. It’s an old cottage, from about the 1700s, right on the cliff edge. You can see the sea from most of the windows. The beach is right next to it, just down a slope, maybe 50 yards.

It sleeps seven, spread over three bedrooms, with one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It’s clean and comfortable, not luxury. It's got beams, wooden floors, and open fires. The rooms are big.

You have your own garden with a walled bit to sit in. There's a sort of porthole window in the wall you can look through at the view.

Mundesley is a quiet seaside village. There's a pub half a mile up the road. A restaurant about 50 yards away. The beach is sandy and good for families. Dogs are allowed on it all year, though there's a section they can't go in during the summer.

From the door you can walk or cycle along the coast or inland. For other things, the city of Norwich is about 30 minutes drive. The Blickling Hall estate and Sheringham Park are close by. Cromer and its pier are along the coast. The Norfolk Broads, for boats, are also about half an hour away.

What’s here: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, barbecue, and parking. Bedding is included. We can take one dog.
