Cottage By The Sea
Cottage By The Sea is a bungalow near Bacton beach. It's on a private park. The beach is sandy and it's about a minute's walk away.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything's on the ground floor. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It’s got a 4 Star rating. We’re also set up for wheelchair access at the entrance. Two dogs are fine.
There’s a good-sized enclosed garden at the back with a patio. It gets the sun in the evening. There’s a green out the front, too.
In Bacton village there are two pubs, a fish and chip shop, and an ice cream place. All within about three-quarters of a mile. There’s a shop half a mile away.
It’s a good spot for the coast and the Norfolk Broads. Cromer is about 20 minutes’ drive north, Sheringham a bit further. For the Broads, Wroxham is about 25 minutes south. You can hire boats there.
There are some good National Trust places within half an hour: Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, and Sheringham Park. Horsey beach is famous for seals in winter, that's about 40 minutes away.
Norwich is just over 20 miles for a day out, shops and the cathedral.
