Goldfinch is on Happisburgh Common. It's a single-storey place that used to be a stable, so there are no stairs at all. It's detached.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's all on one level, which works well for wheelchairs or if stairs are a problem. There are grab rails in one of the wet rooms.
You get a private courtyard garden with some furniture. There's also a big shared grass paddock out the back that you can use. The view from there is over fields.
The beach is about a mile away. It's sandy. The famous red and white lighthouse is there too and it's open some weekends. The village of Happisburgh is a mile away and has a pub that does food and a shop.
For days out, Wroxham is about twenty minutes by car. That's where you hire boats for the Broads. Cromer and Sheringham are the classic seaside towns, also about half an hour away. The city of Norwich is roughly 30 minutes in the other direction for shopping or the cathedral.
If you like stately homes, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are both within a 40 minute drive.
What's here: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a highchair if you need one.
