Squirrels Drey is in Witton, near the North Norfolk coast. It's one of a few converted brick and flint barns. The owners live on site, but the place is private. You get your own fenced courtyard with seating and a barbecue.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished. There's oak flooring, a wood burner, and it's all on one level.
The beach is a couple of miles away at Walcott. The village has a shop and a pub you can walk to. There's about an acre of shared meadow here too, which is good if you've got a dog or kids. You often see a barn owl around the fields.
For a proper day out, Cromer is about twelve miles. It's got a pier, a zoo, and the lifeboat station. Sheringham is similar. If you want to see the seals, you go to Blakeney Quay for a boat trip. That's a twenty minute drive.
Norwich is half an hour away by car. It's got the cathedral, the castle museum, and all the shops. Wroxham, for the Broads, is about the same distance. You can hire boats there.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Parking is on site.
