Beach Retreat
This is Beach Retreat, in Mundesley. It's a detached brick and flint house. The unusual thing is it's upside down. The living area is upstairs to get the view. It's fifty yards from the beach, and there's a gate at the bottom of the garden that gets you straight onto it.
It sleeps eight, but there are only three bedrooms. Two are pretty big with double beds, and the third has bunk beds, so it's set up for families. Two bathrooms, one on each floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden borders a little stream. There's a patio with a BBQ. You can park on the drive.
Mundesley village is a short walk away. There's a shop and a couple of pubs about a hundred yards from the house. They're handy.
For days out, Cromer is about eight miles north. They've got the pier and famous crab sandwiches. South is Norwich, which has the castle and cathedral. The Norfolk Broads are a half hour drive for boat trips. If you've got kids, BeWILDerwood is over that way too.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
