High View House is in Mundesley, on the Norfolk coast. It's a big house, sleeps fourteen, six bedrooms and five bathrooms. It was all done up a couple of years ago. It's comfortable and clean, a five star place.
The main thing is the space. There's a big kitchen and dining area that everyone can fit in, a living room with sofas, and a separate TV snug. Useful if some people want to watch something different. You can see the sea from a lot of the windows, not right on the beach but a view over the rooftops.
The stairs are fine, normal house stairs. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, one double and two with three singles each. Then three more bedrooms up on the second floor, two doubles and a twin. Every bedroom at the back has that distant sea view.
You can walk into Mundesley village. It’s about five hundred yards to the shops, a cafe, and a pub. The beach is about a mile away. It's a good sandy beach.
If you want to go further, Cromer is about twenty minutes' drive south. They've got the pier and a little zoo. Sheringham is similar, with the steam railway. To the north, you've got places like Happisburgh with the lighthouse, and Horsey where you can see the seals sometimes in winter.
Norwich is about forty minutes inland if you need a big shop or want to see the cathedral.
Outside, there's a garden that's enclosed, parking for a few cars, and a BBQ. Inside there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
