The Tack Room is one of four cottages here on our yard in Swafield. We've got stables and horses, so you'll see horses and hear them too, that's just how it is. It's quiet but not silent.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's handy with a group. Everything's on one level, so there's no stairs to worry about.
The main space is open plan. Kitchen, living area, dining table. It's a big room. You get a private patio and hot tub with it, which are just out the back.
The yard is on the edge of the village, so you look out over fields. There are footpaths from here. You can walk for miles without getting in the car.
The coast is about a 30 minute drive. Mundesley and Cromer are your best bets for a proper beach day. For a change of scene, the Broads are also about half an hour away.
Everything you'd expect is here. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking. There's an electric car charger on site. The place is really well insulated, but it's got underfloor heating too for winter.
