Clematis Cottage is in Southrepps, a quiet village a few miles inland. It's an end-of-terrace cottage. The garden is private, enclosed, and gets the sun in the afternoon.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. The stairs inside are quite steep and a bit narrow, just so you know.
The place is warm in winter because of the woodburning stove. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are all included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
There's a local pub a short walk away. The coast at Mundesley is about three miles. It's a sandy beach, good for a proper run or a paddle. Cromer, with the pier and more shops, is about ten minutes by car.
If you like walking, the village is on some quiet paths. The National Trust's Felbrigg Hall is very close. Sheringham Park is also nearby and good for a long walk. The Broads are about a half-hour drive if you fancy a day out on the water. Norwich is maybe twenty-five minutes by car, or you can get the train from Gunton station, which is a fifteen-minute walk from the cottage.
