Mayflower
Mayflower is an apartment in Cromer, on the North Norfolk coast. It's in a big, traditional Victorian building right on the front. You look straight out at the sea and the beach.
It sleeps six, but there are only two bedrooms. One is very big and can be set up as a twin or a double. There's one shower room. The apartment is on three floors inside the building, so there's a fair few stairs to climb. The ceilings are high and the rooms are large, which gives it an airy feel.
The view from the living room is the main thing. It's all sea and sky. The front window is an octagonal bay, so you get a wide panorama of the beach and the pier.
You're a few minutes' walk from a sandy beach, which is good for families. The town centre, with shops, pubs and places to eat, is about 250 yards away. Cromer pier is a proper old-fashioned pier with a theatre and a lifeboat station you can look around.
If you want to explore, the Coast Hopper bus runs along the coast. Sheringham is five miles up the road, where you can get the North Norfolk Steam Railway. The RSPB reserves at Cley and Blakeney are about twenty minutes by car. There are National Trust properties nearby, and the Norfolk Broads are within half an hour.
For facilities, you've got parking for one car at the back of the building. There's WiFi and a TV. We include bedding, and can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
