Right, this is The Mayflower. It's in a big Victorian building on the clifftop overlooking the sea in Cromer. It's one of three apartments in the building, with a shared front door and stairwell. You're a couple of minutes walk from the main sandy beach.
It sleeps six, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's a proper old building, so the ceilings are high and the rooms are big. The stairs to get up to the apartment are the main building stairs, so they're normal, though maybe a bit steep in places as you'd expect. They've got a fire alarm system that connects all the flats.
The main thing is the view. You get a really good sea view from the living room. From the bay window you can see right along the beach and the pier. You can even see the sea from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.
You get one parking space behind the building, which is useful. The town centre is about 250 yards away, so you can walk in for shops or a meal. The local pub that serves food is about the same distance.
Cromer itself has the pier with the lifeboat station and a theatre on it. There's a cliff top golf course and good walking along the coast path. You can get the train to Norwich or up the coast to Sheringham. The National Trust has a few places nearby like Felbrigg Hall.
If you drive for half an hour or so, you can get to the Norfolk Broads for boat trips, or to the RSPB reserves at Cley and Blakeney to see the birds. Sheringham is about five miles up the coast. They've got the North Norfolk Steam Railway there.
What's here: there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding is included. No pets allowed.
