Three The Boulevard

This is Three The Boulevard in Sheringham. It's semi-detached and on a quiet street.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got the 5 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and everything's in good order. The twin room is on the second floor, so the ceiling slopes a bit in there. That's fine, just mind your head.

The beach and the town centre are both about a ten minute walk. You've got all the usual shops and a few pubs close by.

The garden is enclosed. There's patio doors from the living room. It's a proper suntrap out there.

Sheringham itself is good. The beach is mostly pebbles but shelves gently. For a long sandy beach, West Runton is just down the coast. The North Norfolk Railway steam trains run from here to Holt. It's a nice trip.

Sheringham Park is nearby for walking. Good views from the top. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Cley or Titchwell are about a twenty minute drive. The coastal path runs right through.

Further afield, within half an hour you've got Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall, both National Trust. Blakeney Quay is about nine miles. Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham are a bit further, maybe twenty miles. Norwich is under an hour if you need a city day.

In the house you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We leave a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
