Fisherman's Cottage
Fisherman's Cottage is in Sheringham, right on the Norfolk coast. It's a terrace house, about fifty yards from the beach. You can see a bit of the sea from the two front bedrooms upstairs.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one on the ground floor. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
The layout is over three floors. There are two spiral staircases. They're narrow and steep, like on a boat. You need to be steady on your feet.
There's a pub and places to eat about a hundred yards away. The town has a proper high street with local shops. The beach is sandy and shingle, good for swimming and rock pooling.
Sheringham Park is nearby for walking. It's National Trust. For birdwatching, RSPB Cley Marshes is a short drive. The North Norfolk Railway runs steam trains through here too.
Within half an hour you can get to Cromer for the pier, or the Blickling and Holkham estates. Norwich is about forty minutes by car or train.
For facilities: there's a woodburning stove, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
