The Perch
The Perch is an apartment on the top floor of a building in Cromer. It's one of three apartments in the same building. It sleeps two, in one bedroom. There's one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well-finished.
The main thing about it is the view. It looks straight out over the sea and Cromer pier. You can sit and watch it for hours. The apartment itself is open plan, so the living space, kitchen, and dining area are all in one room. It's been done up to a good standard.
The building is right in the town, so you're a couple of minutes' walk from the high street. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. The beach is sandy and shingle, and it's just down the hill.
If you want to explore, Sheringham is along the coast. The Norfolk Broads are about half an hour's drive inland. For a day out, the National Trust's Sheringham Park is good for walking. The North Norfolk Railway runs steam trains between here and Holt. The city of Norwich is about 45 minutes by car or you can get the train from Cromer station.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
