The Perch
The Perch is an apartment on the seafront in Cromer. It's part of a small building with two other flats. It’s on the first floor.
It’s for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-finished. The view is the main thing. You look straight out over the beach and the pier.

You’re right in the middle of town. It’s a two-minute walk down to the beach. The shops, chip shops, and pubs are just around the corner. The Cromer Museum is good for a wet afternoon. The town puts on events like the carnival in the summer.
If you want to explore, the Norfolk Coast Path is on your doorstep. Sheringham is a few miles west along the coast. Holt is a short drive inland for antique shops. The National Trust at Sheringham Park has good walking trails. For the Broads, you’d drive to Wroxham, which takes about half an hour.
