Sea Holly Cottage
Sea Holly Cottage is in West Runton, on the north Norfolk coast. It's a semi-detached house. You can walk to the sandy beach in about five minutes. The train station is close by too, if you want to go along the coast without driving.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs or kids.
You're allowed to bring two well-behaved dogs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the drive.
The village has a decent pub and a very good shop, both about half a mile away. There's a nine-hole golf course right opposite the house. Across the common is the Norfolk Shire Horse Centre.
By train or car, Cromer is a few minutes one way. It's got a pier, a promenade, and the usual seaside things. Sheringham is a few minutes the other way. It has the North Norfolk Steam Railway and a leisure pool. The beach at West Runton itself is sandy and good for fossil hunting.
Norwich is about 45 minutes by car if you want a city day for shopping or the castle.
The area is mainly about the coast and the walks. The Norfolk Coast Path is right there. There are a lot of RSPB reserves nearby, like Cley Marshes.
