The Lookout is in Cromer. It’s a terraced house, about a ten minute walk from the seafront and the pier. You can park a medium sized car at the back.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which is about right. It’s comfortable and has what you need.
The stairs are a bit steep. There’s a stairgate at the top if you need it.
You’re about five minutes from a shop and a decent pub. The beach is about a fifteen minute walk. It’s a proper sandy beach when the tide’s out.
Cromer’s got the usual seaside things. The pier, a theatre, a lifeboat museum, and a golf course. Sheringham is four miles up the coast. They’ve got a nice beach and the Poppy Line steam railway.
If you like birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Cley and Blakeney are about half an hour’s drive. Blickling Hall is a National Trust property nearby, and Holkham Hall is a bit further but worth the trip if you like that sort of thing.
Norwich is about forty minutes away if you want a city day. Good shopping, a castle, and the market.
What’s here: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
