This is Villa 55 on the cliff near Cromer lighthouse. It's a semi-detached place with the golf course on one side. You get the whole house and the balcony to yourselves.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The balcony faces south and gets the sun. It has artificial grass on it.
The villa is part of a private resort. You have access to the indoor heated pool, sauna and hot tub. There's also a fitness room, a snooker room and a bar restaurant on site. The resort is on a hillside, so there are quite a few steps and slopes around the grounds.
Cromer town is under a mile away. It's a classic seaside place with a sandy beach, a pier with a lifeboat station and a theatre. There's a good 18-hole golf course right next door. The coast path runs along the cliffs here for walking.
Sheringham is about five miles up the coast. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Cley and Blakeney are about half an hour's drive. You can sometimes see seals at Horsey Gap, which is also around 30 minutes away.
In terms of facilities, it has a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. No pets allowed.
