This is Villa 9 in Cromer. It's a three bedroom place and sleeps five. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's in good order, comfortable and clean.
It's a Swiss chalet style house, the end one of a row, on the Cromer Country Club site. The site is built into a hillside, so it's terraced. There are steps and slopes between the different levels. Something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.
You get free use of the club's health and leisure facilities. There's a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There's also an on-site pub and restaurant, and a games room.
The cottage itself is straightforward. Wi-Fi, TV, parking outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
Cromer town centre is about a mile away. You can walk there along the cliff top path, which is nice. The beach is good, wide and sandy at low tide. Cromer's got the pier, a cinema, places to eat, and the usual seaside things. The crab is famous for a reason.
If you want to walk the other way, Overstrand is south along the coast path. Sheringham is a short drive up the coast, they have the North Norfolk Railway steam trains there.
For days out, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are both National Trust properties and are within about twenty minutes by car. Norwich is under an hour's drive if you want a city day.
