Crab Cottage is on a normal street in Cromer. It's the middle house of a terrace of three. It's about a ten minute walk down to the main beach and the town centre, which is handy.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with two singles. One bathroom. The stairs are a bit steep going up, which is normal for a house like this.
The back garden is small and enclosed. There's a patio with a table and chairs, and a fire pit barbecue thing. It's a quiet spot for a drink.
Inside, it's been done up nicely. There's a separate living room and dining room, a dishwasher, and the WiFi works. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
In Cromer, the pier is the main thing. There's a Pavilion theatre on it. The beach is good, a proper sandy one. The town has the usual seaside shops, cafes, and fish and chip places. There's a cinema and a golf course nearby.
For a walk, Happy Valley is pleasant. It's a wooded glade that leads down to the west end of the beach. It's a bit quieter down that end.
If you drive, you can get to a lot of the big estates and beaches along the north Norfolk coast within half an hour. Sheringham is about ten minutes west. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here, like Blakeney Point. The Broads are about a 40 minute drive south if you fancy that.
Things here for kids: there's a high chair and a cot if you need them. We've put a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs too.
