The Cart Shed
The Cart Shed is on Crossdale Street in north Norfolk. It's a detached barn conversion, so you won't have any neighbours through the walls. It sleeps six people in three bedrooms, with two bathrooms.
It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a high standard. Everything is new and well-insulated. The heating is done by a ground source heat pump, so it's very efficient and keeps a steady temperature.
The main living space is open-plan with big sliding doors that open onto the garden. There's a wood burner for colder evenings. The garden is yours to use and it's fully enclosed.
Being in north Norfolk, the coast is the main draw. It's about two miles to the nearest beach. Cromer is close by, with its pier and a wide, sandy beach. Heading west, you've got Blakeney for crabbing, and Wells-next-the-Sea with the picturesque quay. The whole coastline is good for walking.
If you're interested in nature, RSPB Cley Marshes is nearby. The National Trust's Sheringham Park is also worth a visit. For a day out, the Norfolk Broads are about half an hour's drive. Norwich, with the castle and museums, is roughly the same.
As for the facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking on site. The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has ground floor facilities. We accept up to two dogs.
