Melrose Cottage

Melrose Cottage is in the middle of Cromer. It's a terraced house, so you've got neighbours right next to you.

It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable.

The stairs are steep and narrow. They're original. So is the general layout, meaning you'll be going up and down a lot between floors.

It's about a minute's walk from everything. You turn left out the door and you're at the shops, the pub, or the beach in no time. The beach and the famous pier are that close.

Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room. It's cosy. There's a washing machine, wifi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are provided.

You can bring up to two dogs. We've left a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs.

For things to do, Cromer itself has the usual seaside stuff, an 18-hole golf course, and the RNLI museum. Sheringham is four miles up the coast if you fancy a change.

If you like walking, the North Norfolk Coastal Path runs right past the town. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Cley and Blakeney are about a 20 to 30 minute drive.
