Melrose Cottage is right in the middle of Cromer. It's a terrace house with three floors. The beach and pier are at the bottom of the road, maybe a minute's walk.
It sleeps four, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and has what you need. The stairs are a bit steep, as they are in these old houses. There's a stairgate at the top.
You've got a shop and a pub literally next door. The wood burner in the front room works well. There's a TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included and there's a washing machine.
You can walk down to the beach, of course. The town has the usual seaside shops and cafes. The RNLI museum is interesting. The golf course is on the edge of town. If you've got the car, the steam railway at Sheringham is a good trip. The North Norfolk coast is good for walking and bird watching. The RSPB places at Cley and Titchwell are about a 20 minute drive.
We take up to two dogs. There's no garden here, but the beach is close and some parts allow dogs all year.
