The Roost
The Roost is a flat in Cromer. It's on the top floor of a building called Above No. 1 Cromer Apartments. The view is the main thing. You look straight out at the sea and the pier.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. The building is on a hill, so the walk up from the town is a bit steep. Something to know.
You're right in the middle of things. The high street with shops, cafes, and pubs is a two-minute walk downhill. Cromer Pier and the main beach are about five minutes on foot. It's a proper seaside town.
If you have a car, you can get to a lot of good places along the coast. Sheringham is about ten minutes west. The Norfolk Broads start maybe half an hour inland. For a bigger day out, Norwich is around forty minutes drive.
For facilities, it's all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, and parking for one car. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
