Ground Wing, Gresham Hall
Ground Wing is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Gresham Hall in East Beckham. It's for two people. We call it an apartment but it's really one part of a large house, set back from the road in the countryside.
The whole place got done up a few years ago. It’s comfortable and clean. Because it's on the ground floor, and the entrance and shower are level, it works well if you have trouble with stairs.
You get your own bit of garden with a table and chairs. There’s parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We leave you some basics like milk, bread and butter when you arrive.
It’s quiet out here. You’re about three miles from the sea. Sheringham is close, with its beach and town, and Cromer with the pier is a short drive. Holt is inland, good for shops and cafes.
If you want to explore, you’re in the middle of it. The coast path runs right along here. You can get to places like Blakeney or Holkham beach in about twenty minutes by car. For a longer trip, the Broads are about forty minutes away.
